What's on it

Your name, as registered — checked against the photo ID you upload before the exam.
A unique certificate number (format LSO-YYMM-NNNNN) and the date issued.
Your exam score and the course version you completed.
A recommended review date three years after issue.
A QR code linking to a live verification page that shows whether the certificate is valid, expired or revoked.

The certificate confirms completion of a training programme aligned with AS/NZS IEC 60825.3:2022. It is not a government-issued licence or accreditation — see the Terms of Service.
